🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

We want you love your purchase and to feel confident in every piece you purchase from Detached. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items with visible wear, stains, odors, or damage may not be eligible for a full refund or may not be approved for return.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items returned without tags
  • Garments that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Items with pet hair, smoke, perfume, make up, or deodorant marks

💸 Refunds & Deductions

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
  • If an item is returned in less-than-original condition, we may deduct up to 50% or more to account for cleaning, repairs, or lost resale value.
  • If the item is severely damaged, we may decline the return altogether.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

EXCHANGES
We gladly offer exchanges for size or style.  Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

If a returned item is received with visible signs of wear, damage, odors, or stains, we may decline the exchange or apply a partial credit depending on the severity.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
